Korea’s only gold/silver producing mine

The Eunsan Mine, an epithermal gold-silver deposit, was developed by Ivanhoe Mine starting in August 2002. Based on earlier drilling, mining began on a high-grade ore body with estimated resources of 251,800 tonnes containing 15.0 g/t gold and 83.8 g/t silver. Since 2015, the Eunsan-Moisan Mine has been operated by SunCement Co., Ltd.

Daejin Tanzania Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2004 for mining in Tanzania. It holds multiple permits in the Lupa gold field and develops high-grade ore via tunnel shafts. The company has produced and exported gold concentrates, including shipments to LS-Nikko in Korea.
